• Email address — used for authentication (magic links) and account notifications
• Transaction records — credit purchases, service charges, and reservations
• Stripe customer ID — to process payments securely via Stripe
• Service linking data — which services you have connected to your account

How we use your data

• To authenticate you and manage your account
• To process credit purchases and service charges
• To provide transaction history and statements
• To detect and prevent fraud

Third parties

We share data only with:

• Stripe — for payment processing (Stripe Privacy Policy)
• Linked services — we share your account ID with services you explicitly link

We do not sell your data to anyone.

Data retention

Account and transaction data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact our Data Protection Officer.
