Service description

Legendum provides a unified credit system for metered billing across multiple software services. You purchase Legendum Credits (Ⱡ) which are drawn down as you use linked services.

Credits

• Credits are non-refundable once purchased
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts
• We reserve the right to modify credit pricing with reasonable notice

Availability

Legendum is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive for high availability, Legendum Ltd is not liable for system downtime, data loss, or service interruptions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform or any linked services.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legendum Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service.

Linked services

Services that accept Legendum Credits are operated independently. Legendum Ltd is not responsible for the availability, quality, or conduct of third-party services.

Account termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
